It's been a hoot so far, and watching Twenty Twelve (the BBC comedy), hard to separate reality from fiction.

I can't wait for the opening ceremony, the vision of Danny Boyle- Artistic Director. The stadium will be transformed into the bucolic British countryside complete with farmyard animals.

On a more serious note! I've been studying the fashion form. Stella McCartney does the Brits proud with her lycra separates.

The Aussies also look sharp in these retro inspired blazers and old skool Volleys. Sportscraft have come in for some criticism for these outfits but I like the vintage charm.

But spare a thought for the poor Spanish team in these McDonalds inspired tracksuits. Even Rafael Nadal couldn't make these look good, perhaps that why he pulled out.
