If you didn't know each year Pantone Inc. (the company provides professional standards for colour across the design industries) selects a colour which captures the zeitgeist. A panel of industry experts gather to debate the merits of Emerald Green vs Tango Tangerine before the great reveal!
This year a sort of fuschia meets pink and purple came out top, a little lurid for my taste, but alongside grey or beige it can work a treat and really pops with yellow and turquoise.
